La Vuelta de Iguality is a collective challenge \u2014 and your support is what gives it meaning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each runner or cyclist is setting a personal physical goal, while also raising awareness and funds for accessible mental health care. You can \u201csponsor\u201d a participant by making a donation in their name, encouraging their effort and contributing directly to Iguality\u2019s work.<\/p>\n

Iguality responds by offering free weekly therapy sessions, psychosocial support, and a sense of belonging through group sports, peer support, and community activities. We also advocate for systemic change, pushing for mental health and social justice to go hand in hand.<\/p>\n
